Telenor Connexion provides Koenigsegg with an end-to-end solution that includes cloud services, a web interface and an app for smart phones and tablets. Using the app, Koenigsegg’s exclusive car owners will get direct access to statistics such as recent runs, average speed, top speed, lap time, g-force etc. Furthermore, it enables them to remotely track the car, its fuel level and battery status as well as access to the latest software.
The benefits for Koenigsegg, besides the added customer functionality, is that the solution provides easy access to the vehicle statistics and helps them optimize the vehicle’s performance remotely over time.
Founder Christian von Koenigsegg’s vision is to create the perfect car and the company’s ongoing goal is to enhance its vehicle’s performance. Every aspect of the development process is focused not only on sheer performance but also on its exclusivity.

Car convenience features include controls for the vehicle lock, individual door openings, and raising or lowering of the windows, along with temperature read-outs – which will come in handy to determine whether the weather is suitable for a proper track session at the owner’s local race course.
The app will also help its owner keep track of their Koenigsegg’s remaining fuel and battery levels.
